New Meeting- chance to vote again- NO to options

It looks like the meeting is cancelled. December 21 is the new meeting date...how is that convenient for shareholders? Holder has quit this shat show is off the director ballet.

I suggest if you didn't vote the first meeting (29th), you have a second chance to vote. Don't waste it!!!. FYI, withheld votes don't count for anything. What does count is the "Against" vote. I suggest you go online and vote "Against" wherever possible. Can't hurt.
