they just requested an extension to finalize the private placement.....where does it say that the deal is off????? that's what I'm getting from all your posts. I mean am I missing something here? Its a lot of money and sometimes there is a lot of red tape to get through. maybe the side deal they're trying to get with GSR might have something to do with it??? just an opinion. Keep to the Code... King Mathers

The Company has not granted an extension, its looking into the matter, and will report back its findings. That is the current status.
