The true beauty and essence of life itself is uncertainty and volatility. I remember when I was a young man I thought for certain my life would be one way and it turned out to be many things more than I could have ever in my wildest dream’s imagined. Trials and Tribulations, joyous moments and times of wonder fill our everyday as humans. Investing in the market is the same thing.


The key to success in the market is to look beyond the “noise” and stand with fact in hand about the current situation. This is where we uncover truth; this is how we make money.


First we will look at our new business partners (Korea) and see just how is it they have survived 5000 years of attacks from China and Japan and a current threat from North Korea. This is a famous quote from Admiral Yi Sun Shin quotes “Do not weep; do not notify my men of my death. Beat the drum, blow the trumpet, wave the flag for advance. We are still fighting; finish the enemy to the last one.” Korean’s do not quit no matter what. They as a proud but humble people where family and loyalty is everything have truly stood the test of time. Having served my own country I see a nation from one warrior to another with respect. We look now at how Korean’s view tests from Master Jin Kwon “In the process of trial and error, attempts are meant to destroy arrogance and provoke humility.”


All that has happened is a test from Korea before they write a $100,000,000 cheque. They may claim it has taken longer to structure the new entity for some reason, but if you were going to do this big of a deal wouldn’t you test drive a $100,000,000 car before you bought it? Ask yourself honestly in the mirror that question and only one answer will be given. The Koreans have taken both management and the stock for a test drive to see who is who, and what is what. How do they act? How does the stock act that hasn’t been a big trader for a while? You must remember they aren’t just doing a JV on Oil wells. The Koreans are also becoming insiders on the stock in “equity”. How does POP stock perform under extreme conditions? We know the Koreans love the projects from a technical perspective as POP has Exxon upper echelon management running it now. But now the Korean’s know for certain how management and the stock behaves in a partnership. We as shareholders or potential investors (whatever you may fall under at this time) should be asking ourselves who just bought all that stock being sold? If your were going to build a significant light oil company in Canada and were sitting all the way over in Korea wouldn’t you want to have as much stock as possible before drilling 97 low risk development Oil Wells?


I think we have all just witnessed the biggest “shake the tree” move in the venture markets in over 50 years. That’s how big this deal is, that’s how serious the Korean’s are about POP. Whom would go through everything that has been done publicly and privately on the Korean side without being serious with a significant investment in POP?


What has happened with the delay actually means were moving forward in a BIG WAY. This is international business people. Not buying groceries at Wall Mart. Don’t get played the fool by selling your stock to a Korean Institution getting positioned, they want you scared, don’t you get it? If you have sold only one option is viable, and that’s buying the stock back right away as you will be looking like the three times a loser to your friends and family when this is a multi-dollar stock shortly.

Korean Culture is all about losing face, do you think Chairman Lee would go in the National Newspapers claiming $100,000,000 is a done deal if he wasn’t going to do it? Also Chairman Lee states in the article he put both the current and past presidents in office at the Blue House in Korea. Not following through would be a major disgrace for Korea and Chairman Lee.


Please people do yourself a favor and put your logical thinking cap on.

This valuation gives zero for blue sky (production) and another $82,000,000 cash coming (as per Chairman Lee) to drill 97 low risk development wells.

Many thanks for the post. This is exactly how i feel and has kept me in the game this is a huge investment for the Koreans and the shareholders as well . To be honest i hope it has shaken all the non believers out for the folks that have stayed will soon reap the benefits. Regards
