It just boggles the mind.....
Why are earth would the company put out such a news release, expressing the perplexing need for multiple payments, for such a small sum? With a halt nonetheless!
Why not wait until the full $500K was received and put out a simple press release that the funds have been received, with no other mystifiying details......even if it is Monday morning?
Is it so hard to wait for the full and complete payment before acting? Why are they 'micro announcing' every last detail of this Korean arrangement?

Selloff?? I disagree.......it's just a $500k payment the market is waiting for. And it's not uncommon to get confirmation of an overseas payment until the next business day. It happens all the time. This having to announce small broken payments from a State Owned Enterprise [South Korea] is truly unnecessary.

I really do not understand the fuss. A large deal as this does not become a slam dunk over night. This is how the Koreans and others do deals if you don't like it sell off and move on.
