Oil inventories are are climbing to record levels.  The world is awash in oil. Over suppy!!  Ooops, inventories are falling 6.5 barrles plus a war started.  LOL

And don't forget CPG is all over the same area as POP.  If you know how to get at the oil here you are going to make money.
