no...last time the news was out 2 hours after the close on friday...the just had a n/r last time it was on its way in the morning and confirmation at night...so no worries,all is on time..

One fundamental of trading is volume moving for no reason.  People talk.  Not always sinister.  Just people.  Always ask you wife to talk to her friends about stocks.  Amazing what you find out.

NR on the way. Volume peaking up and SP says its all good! Ol' news says second payment on today so... I'd think if the whole deal was closed, that volume and SP would have blown away so I say it is for second payment only what I find a great sign of confidence.
