Well, maybe the second 500k has been delayed. Maybe POP will only release a 6:30 NR today since two NRs stating the same thing aren't really necessary. Or, maybe something has changed and KMDC is able to progress with the entire deal prior to October 7th, in which case who cares about a 500k payment. We'll find out soon enough.

That is a hell of a lot of maybes.  10K at .59.  So maybe someone already got the news.
