bad management ?
How is this at all managements fault ? They spent months putting what looked like a great deal together flew over there with a big signing ceremony in front of cameras and gov't and business officials and everything and then KMDC half assed comes up with some money and it seems has bailed out. Who knows if this was a pump n dump or they legitimately couldn't get the Korean central bank to release the funds. But one thing it definetely isn't managements fault. They made the best of it by getting 650k for free and a PP at .25 when the stock was trading below that. Now they try and sue for even more but that's about all they can do. They don't get good reputations in this industry by doing shady deals and not caring about others they sign with who apparently do pump n dumps. These guys get institutional money so the smartest lenders in the world trust them and give them capital. This is like the exact same thing that happened with GSR last year gold market crashed and GSR's timing was just horrible for their good drill results. Same thing here they raise a few million and get ready to drill and oil tanks 50%. Bad timing again.

Just the Koreans? Are you saying that management did a thorough due dilligence of the Koreans before embarking in this deal? Just look at the background and past failure of Korea Myanmar Development Company Ltd.
