I bought some pop shares but was a bit hesitant to buy more incase merger gets voted down. That would be beyond stupid if the shareholders do because pop is out of any other options that I can think of

It is a done deal.  The majority of the shares are held tightly by insiders.  Besides, it's a done deal unless the court says no, and King is a top tier venture market lawyer who knows everything there is on the planet to know about tsx law and most likely knows the judge, too.  It's a done deal.  Hell at 40% premium on the shares, I bought some today, too. Don't
