Additional information about the Company’s transaction with Vibe, its plans to distribute the consideration received from Vibe to its shareholders and its delisting plans will be contained in a management information circular which will be sent to the Company’s shareholders prior to the Special Meeting.

When are we legally supposed to have this in hand by? Record date is Sept. 18th and meeting is October 23rd.

I agree with all of this. We were clearly stolen from. Last time we got a run on the stock price Heath came out of nowhere saying he has no idea why the increase in price This is fraud and as minority shareholders we need to communicate this to regulators.
