And no bs please. We have to stick together on this to try and salvage our investments. They need a huge majority to pass this and we can stop them if we band together. Delisting a public company that has cash and no debt after all the bs hype they fed the public is a criminally stupid and arogant beyond belief.

I always read the board but never participated as I don't have anything to add, just created an account to give my opinion about this. I do agree that the deal doesn't seem good and at the worst time possible but keeping everything the same with the current management is not a good scenario either. Agreed this is a good idea.   Writing to Kaplan and Heath is also an excellent idea.  We should all be writing to the BCSC as well. IMPORTANT: Keep the emails civil and try to control your emotions in your email -- remember that you are ACTUALLY writing to a future JUDGE who will be reading your email as evidence in a court of law when we sue these theives.
