The 21% correct me if I'm wrong is just considering the current price at close the 10th was .6 which is what they are giving us the shares at. So their premium is simply that we got it at .48 and it's now at .6 which is 21% making its current market value .085? But are we having to hold for 12 months? Or is it 6

And the remainder which we have to vote for will be the avg 30 days leading to when? October 28th or same value .048?

My apologies ISCFA, you are indeed correct, I realized immediately after writing and checking myself, for some reason I thought it was lower but those buys near the end tilted it quite a bit. So my question is, is my calculation correct? On the 15% of shares for first tranche?

I see it as .06+21% making us .072 not .072+ 21% =.087

.048+ 21% .06 which is current price, they mislead the premium as them getting us more, but they aren't it's just today's value to .048 it's up 21% the amount of shares to receive is locked

We are receiving 800k shares of vibe for 15% of our shares the 70k premium will not get us 168k shares more at .048. We are just getting 401k$ shares at .06
