So how many shares do we get?

333360/80000  2222400$ is market @.06 which is what we are getting for the company. they bought us at current market cap basically @.06 we got our shares at .06 for 333,360$ or otherwise 15% of your shares. it's just simply .072 considering current sp of vibe being .6 since the 800,000 was locked we don't get additional 70k$ worth of shares it's just 21% up atm from the .48 we ...more

So if you hold 100k shares 15k shares will be at 15k/6.66= 2252 vibe shares @.48= 1081$+21% which is the current sp of .6 =1308$ They call that 21% a premium but it's just simply up from the 30 day avg they settled for.  once again correct me if im wrong

They are lazy liars that will only make the company bleed more and not try to improve or expand. Saying no will only lead to lower market cap and to liquidate at even lower prices with no future. Vibe at least gives us some hope.

Which begs the question why not bring in some talent.  Tweek the story a bit.  Raise some money (only 37m shares). How were we able to get Gamble, Hines, Nitin?  Not of it seems hard.
