Ventura Cannabis is tradeable right now. It has traded today. I guess quotations on the pink sheets will be available soon like you say. A shell company with 38 millions o/s shares quoted on the Pinks is a very, very tradeable stock in the U.S. market. This is a ploy to shake off the creditors and at the same time keep the shareholders. An OTC listing is not far down the road imho. A marketmaker

I don't get who would buy at this point.  They won't get Vibe shares or warrants, so it's pure speculation I guess that some value might be there at the end. I don't think for a minute that Chris and the boys will set aside anything for a final dividend / payout - they'll have their own salaries to pay - naturally.

Could be our glorious leaders and backroom boys buying up to eventually convert to new company as brentski pointed out.  Will watch over next while to see if these shares stay tradeable.
