Confused....

Am I incorrect in assuming that all this company has is the following:

1 - a pile of loss carryforwrds; and 
2 - a registered public company  

why would this stock be trading at anything let alone at a price 5x what it was when it had assets. 


secondly, why is VIBE getting literally zero activity?!?!

And why haven't we gotten our shares yet.. lots of questions but the pot definitely thickens.. am I the only one thinking we might receive a silver lining

Something is definitely fishy. Like, the fact that VIBE is down makes no sense. It seems to be a great start up that actually is MAKING MONEY! id love to hear that VCAN management owned a bunch of stock because then I'd feel comfortable that they've got something good in the oven!
