So what exactlyIs happening here?

I own shares in Ventura. My account shows my total number of shares in CVHIF.

shows I'm up 1263.64% on the day.

do I own CVHIF or do I own VIBE?

can I trade CVHIF?
I am so confused on this...

I feel a little bit like a broken record, but happy to help because I understand the confusion. You are correct - you own shares in Ventura, and the only stock ticker for our shares now is CVHIF.  Canadians are restricted from trading (buying or selling) shares "on the pinks" which is where Ventura now sits.  There is a workaround where, if you have a US mailing ...more

James...  much appreciated response. Kind of sums it up. I was excited to see the large increase today, however was aware of the puny volumes and assumed it's just some "play."  it's obvious when these switch over to VIBE shares it will be pretty much at the values that we were up plus a Macdonalds lunch or two. so I currently hold about 13,000 shares. James / dileas48s, Please help! I have a US address (even though I am Canadian) Which brokerage firm will let me set up an account? I currently use Questrade? If I set up and account, would I be able to trade my VCAN for CVHIF? How does that work? Thank you!

I personally do not know how to do this. The best advice I can give is to call quest trade, point out to them that you have the CVHIF stock in your portfolio and that you are interested in selling it on the over the counter pink sheets market. They will be able to explain the US address requirements and whether or not you can qualify to trade your shares. I would caution you that this ...more

Get on the phone with small brokers first. Do an internet search and read the message boards. Things change and the best info will be there. Google your question. I personally do not care rightr now and am quite confident they will be back sometime on a Canadian  exchange when they set off on their next venture.
