could be a blessing in disguise, when are shares become tradeable they could be much higher than today. does anyone know what that date is?

The terms of the transactions included the following language: For the first, smaller tranche I have not found any reference to a hold period for the shares. These shares were to be distributed as a dividend, and as such I don't believe a hold period is possible, but I'm not an expert.
