Selling CVHIF on RBC Direct Investment

Hi,

I called RBC Direct Investment to try to sell the CVHIF shares and was told RBC has suspended selling of CTO stocks. Their complaince team is not approving any CTO stocks to be sold. The rep told me to call back in a month to see if the CTO trade restriction has been lifted. Has anyone been succesful selling using RBC recently?
