Just spoke to TD.

They are still waiting to receive the second distribution from the company, she mentioned they don't send payments to all brokers at the same time. Unfortunately....
TD must be sitiing in the back of the bus...LOL...

2nd distribution in my TDW accounts now. Told them to exercise warrants.
