Explaination plz

Dont understand SP slide in light of upcoming qtrly report. It seems to me that they are saying CVRR is profitable, but just not EXTRORDINARILY so as it has been in the prior 2.  Is this a target of shorters?

I would seem with the upcoming winter that fuel production should be a growth area.

Dividend pays well tho!
