Where there's smoke, there's fire.

I was totally amazed at the speed and ease, with which Conway was able to do PP's.

IMO, they probably got caught cutting some corners.

IMO, they're probably guilty and won't admit it, even after they're convicted.

Just a guess, but they probably control the board, so voting them out isn't a probability.

IMO, this will not stop the SP climbing, if they achieve exploration results of 14 g/ton or better.

I'm just guessing and speculating.  I have only a small investment, so I'm willing to ride this out.  As I've posted before, Conway, as a company, is not charged with anything.  If these fines have to be paid, it will be up to the individuals to pay them.

GLTA

P.S. I agree that their silence is not making them look very good.

Correct me if I am wrong but convictions of this type usually result in the imposition of a lengthy trading ban on the individuals as well as fines. If so a BOD unable to buy or sell shares makes conpensation a bit problematic considering that a stock option plan is normal (I understand a required ) compensation feature for Junior exploration Companies.
