IMO, they are shaking the tree with some real interesting stuff.

They have a line of credit, they are not using, doing small, chump change PP's.

Add to that the selling by consolidated, and what you have is consolidated flipping old shares, for new PP shares and pocketing the 10 cent warrants.  I finally figured it out, makes sense now.

I'll hold my half position and wait for 10 cents, when the warrants kick in and start causing more dilution.
