I finally figured it out on this one, a short time back, if you look.Doing PP's instead of using their line of credit means these guys can sell their old shares and keepparticipating in new PP's.  They keep pocketing 10 cent warrants.I sold half my position and will simply wait, as long as it takes for them to move forward.Next year I move to the TSX, the Venture is becoming a joke

Ouch. .04 support is gone.Consolodated again I suspect
