Appears to be a liquidation going on!!! They issued 5 million shares to Belleterre Mining Resources Inc. (the former owners of the property) back in 2011. This was  the final payment in order to secure  title to the property.. Conway had an option of paying cash but elected to issue shares at .05 for obvious reasons. Probably these guys are liquidating.
