Organic Growth Plan Explained

Let me tell you why the recent organic growth announcement is so impressive. The company is investing US$6 million to increase production by 7,500 pounds. If you multiple that new production by the prevailing market price you will arrive at about US$12 to 13 million dollars in incremental revenue per year. In Q2 (last quarter that has been reported) the gross margin was 51% while quarterly revenue was running at US$9.4 million.

What the company has just told us is that they are going to add more than a quarter's worth of revenue to the P&L on an annual basis by the second half of 2021. I hope that the market understands how great this move is.

This does not even factor in the non dilutive debt deal that is coming that will pay for acquisitions. I am going to do some more number crunching but I am definitely moving my price target above 2 dollars that I mentioned after this latest announcement. Will keep everyone posted when I come up with my new price target.

Muttley just wonderring why Q3 and Q2 of last year revenues were higher than any quarters of this year. In Q3 last year they set a record of 10.5+ million and this year I haven't seen a quarter over 10 million. I see that they are saving lots on expenses but was just wondering  why the revenues are not higher quarter over quarter. As far as the organic growth deal it's all fine and ...more

Simple answer is Q1 and Q2 results are COVID impacted as I would expect Q3 to a certain extent. Hard to make year over year quarterly comparisons. Instead I would focus on the Nevada market share statistics issued by the state. C21 has grown its state wide market share during and after the COVID lockdown. This is what is important as things get back to normal eventually. C21 has been attracting ...more

Thanks Muttley! Earnings are coming out on december 16 and this could be a step up in the right direction because last earnings boosted the SP. We know that August sales in Nevada was over 3 million again and who knows about September and October. I think that this time the earnings for the quarter will be over 10 million and this would bring us back on track from previous quarter records. Plus I ...more

Likely the Q3 top line should be going higher vs Q1 and Q2 that were impacted more by COVID. However my point is that our overall market share is what to watch. If we are winning market share (and we are) then the new baseline for sales will be higher than before once things go back to normal next year.  Oregon is not going to material to results but I agree with you that the operations ...more
