It's not clear that he is, to me at least. Chart makes no sense to me at all. The total shares he has/has had don't seem to coincide with sold and bought shares. Maybe my left-handedness is messing me up, but doesn't he hold 1.5 million shares still? Which is only 150K less than what he started with? To me that sounds like paying off your mortgage and buying a nice Mercedes money ...more

apparently he sold a bunch of warrants at 1.50  last month (which we knew was happening but I forgot), the money of which went into the treasury, so he sold some of his own shares to pay for it....in other words, he helped us. glta longs, shorty rot..

Hevin, you are spot on. Sky sold shares twice in the past three months. He sold a bit in December which I think was tax related. You gotta pay Uncle Sam. His selling in February was related to exercise of options. He put over 600k into the treasury so this is not a guy selling but net net is actually a buyer.
