even with the delayed caused by the company changing auditors.

Of greater interest to me is the company should have paid off all of the debt owed to Sonny by now.  That means the company is debt free and all of the free cash that the company generates every month will be piling up in the company bank account.  That's around around USD 750K every month.  Time for some share buybacks or acquisitions.
