Company never got back to me re/results

Contacted them a couple months ago re/ when results are coming out. It's now been 6 months since December results, no word from them, no one answers their phone, Unacceptable. They did something similar last year too.
Does not help SP when something so basic and expected can't be accomplished in proper amount of time.
I'm pizzed off.
