Recent comparable transactions :

Xirgo sold for 4x revenue in 2021

ODM sold for 4x revenue in 2021

2022 Revenue = Q1/22 of $7.9 million US times 4 = $31.6 million US.

Valuation by these two proxies = projected 2022 Revenues of  $31.6 US   X4 =$126 million / 16.5 m shares = $7.65 per share
