How is 0.075 the decided rate for > 15 million shares

0.075 most of yesterday and pretty much all of today.  That's a ton of shares all at the same rate.

To me it looks like they did an "end-run" around a private placement filing by doing a big block of options. Then they short sold their own options rather than wait for the exercise period, then crossed in someone or group for some reason. This group may have wanted a large equity position quickly ahead of a deal. Pure speculation but not much else makes sense. The only other reason is

I think you may be right and maybe some of these warrants coming into play as well adding to adding to any large equity poisition that some group may be acquiring..... makes sense to me. Yes clearly some body with big pockets is picking up a whackload which means we are going to have a huge base and springboard from this level.
