Can someone from the seasoned veterans helpe out.  Why do you feel this is a no brainer under .20 and do your own DD.  I've done my own DD now and yes it seems cheap.  But can I get a recap please. I'm not an expert reading the financial statements but it looks like we're making some revenue over here but still losing money.    Thanks ahead of time.

All the big players are worried about security and are investing in Blockchain technology to secure important data and private business material. Just make sure you wrap your head around the proper share count. As per their latest Form 7 (Dec 2017) they have 72M shares outstanding. Add the 23M warrants, and the 12M in stock options they issued on Dec 12th to employees, and the fully diluted share count is just a tad over 100M

What am I missing Bo? Both Stockwatch and Stockhouse are showing 34 million shares.... If what you are saying is correct, then our valuation is about right, or perhaps I may be undervaluing the valuataion a little.
