Looks to me that someone is slowly accumalating in the .21 cent range....When the bids get taken down close at that price a new lot follows in again....

all price manipulation by those who keep doing it. They are wanting to take shares from weak hands. Any volume under 12 million is low and we have seen prices that have been in the red because there is constantly down manipulation. I always say buy into and not sell into it. I'm going to wait everything out there is no profit for me to get my hands messy with constantly trading in the up and ...more
