Only DDB knows for sure, but I would imagine any weight-worthy news would be issued after the 31st of this month... what’s the point of gaining momentum only to have it pulled back if the warrants are not fully excercised. Waiting it out another week or so could be very advantageous.

Agreed - Ill be buying in on the 31st or 1st. Hopefully it can go down to 0.15 or lower. This thing will go up high by summer regardless, assuming the telco deal actually goes through.

legally as to my understanding that would be in violation of exchange rules. theoretically, who really knows if news is issued as soon as possible. I always question this point. I strongly believe that companies withhold news as to how you have stated when it makes tactical sense to release it. I have been many discussions with people over this and the bottom line is how would the retailer
