Tim May Be Angry With Me But Here Is What Happened

there was a hostile takeover attempt by a company, now i will not say who they are, that was rejected by ddb management and it is possible that there are those who are flush with cash and who back the said company that tried the hostile takeover and may be getting in the way of the proper share value here--this last part is an allegation the first part is what had happened with ddb and the said company--that is the particular set of circumstances.

There are many people here and I don't know who is who so I will not talk about who the company is as again whether as I strongly believe what Tim has told me to be the case is true trying to prove whether that said company has backers getting in the way of ddb's business is another matter and which can open things up to libel and slander suits if Tim or anyone else raises it even as to what they think is going on and the reason I am not giving any further specifics. 

This is not something i agree the company should have to deal with and it took me a lot of thinking whether i would post what i did or not because it will definitely distract from the business if people actually give a damn about this. But at the end of the day and despite Tim telling me this in confidence and he can and should be pissed with me, I felt that people who actually are invested in this company not playing any games have the right to know and not as one poster put it on the Telco which I have stated is not the one that is playing the games at least not at this point-And the reason I had stated the company can potentially state that due to circumstances stemming from a potential hostile takeover it is possible that there are those who support the company may be interfering with our business. Tim doesn't have to say who the people are and those who are a part of it know if that is in fact what they are doing but can't sue him on slander because he didn't give any names--so yes, it is a tricky situation but that is what i had been directly told there was a hostile takeover that got reject and it is possible that those who support that company may be damaging the share value. 

It is up to people to figure out what is going on here and whether this will blow away or not but as I had stated when someone disclosed Tim went to the securities commission appealing to have something done i had stated it will not likely happen. Same sort of thing here--if there is indeed interference and that is what is believed ddb has to prove it and it is not easy to do and until they do they can not name who the company is because that will be grounds for a libel/slander lawsuit but yes, i do strongly believe what Tim has told me to be the truth and I do strongly believe there is manipulation here but whether it is as a result of the hostile takeover attempt as Tim may believe and i wouldn't doubt it is hard to prove.

So, there it is like i said you decide what to do and i know Tim wil not be happy with me but i couldn't sit by reading post after post where people don't have a damn clue what is going on at least not those who are the ones playing dirty again if that is where all this is stemming from.

That's it i'm done on this issue. But as to my personal opinion again this should not be at this point be less than .30 at the very lowest but really .40 plus. As to the resolution even if not legal where if ddb could prove it, it would take a lot of time and resources, i would like to see them vindicated by people who are not screwing around show their support by up and hold the shares and squeeze all these other people out--that will be justice served but really too bad these types of things can and possibly do happen.

Thanks Scarlet. That in my opinion is good news and confirms the short term manipulation. Your post already has 260+ reads so that tells me that we have a massive amount of investors waiting to get back in. I do have a large amount of cash waiting to leverage down. I’m pretty excited of the potential this one has. It’s going to be a very profitable ride!!!

If that is true, could be why the share price was starting to surge again past .19+ recently with no indication as to why. Now a sudden decrease for no apparent reason. The company has never been in a better position. Something definitely going on behind the scenes imho.

If you want to believe the guy did not even know the company has been  changing the business model away from cloud storage for quite some time go for it . Myself and 2 two other share holders had a conference call with Tim last Friday and there is a lot of conjecture,.added assumptions and guess work in the "book writers" version.
