Just formed at .13 - can’t figure out this stock - should be trading around .40 as we speak

False. TD has set the stock pricing for the last 2 months with that wall and accumulating little bits cheaper. It used to be 495k until the no halt news caught him by surprise, we took 91k out of it before he pulled it and now you'll find it around the L2 at 404k. True enough I seen some suspicious looking cross trading myself, but to lower the price people are selling plain and simple. They either found something “better” or in at a lower price. He/she could simply be a day trader, and other then chancing the next big news, they are making profits everyday. Myself I’m waiting patiently for the news.
