@Kraken So If I read this right, Hostpapa made a sub-company, and will be 'paying' for DDB to us in shares of that company.. not cash.

that is sooo messed up if you guys get shares of hostpapa's subsidiary and not cash. Holy cow did they ever do a number on you guys. No wonder why Louisa didnt want SWIS shares, she wanted her cash.

Okay you GOT me in a head lock Auricgold!! I am truly scratching my head and me __#%@#__ lol  Why would it be bad if we got shares of Hostpapa? Are they not planning on growing a vital business or are they buying to intentionally go bankrupt?? please explain your post thx

MNB, if you get shares of Hostpapa and they remain private, you cannot cash out anytime soon or ever. You would be part of a private company, IF they go public, you still will be diluted to no end anyhow. That is why. Its all about being able to exit when you want to or need to.

WHY WHY WHY would Louisa agree to have her childrens money tied up in a private company?? She clearly stated at AGM I am a shareholder. So I do not think Louisa is going to orgy her shares with a private company that WILL NEVER COME to fruitation.....that makes no sense at all.  So, unless she starts dumping into the market @.005 I do not think that will be the outcome of my money ONLY cuz

MNB, i read from your OWN post on the other exchange that if DDB shareholders want cash INSTEAD of hostpapa sub company shares, they have to request it. At this point the freaking thing is too confusing and annoying. You guys are getting bought, for half a penny because HHoSTP is taking ALL the cash in the bank and you just have to take your losses. wether cash or not. I HOPE for your sake you

I accepted my fate with DDB BECAUSE.....the real kiss of death here is the lack of shareholders comradery. TURTH!! Forget getting together for a lawsuit, DDB investors would not even go to AGM meeting. OMG GOD. YUP the real kiss of death was the disappointing shareholdrs. sheeesh that was the biggest fuking pill to swallow out of all this crime. NOT ONE investor other than MNB went to AGM I say no

Also imagine if Louisa did take SWIS deal she could have cashed out today @.13 cents but prior all the way up to @30.. DDB COULD HAVE DONE SO MUCH MORE SHAREHOLDERS!! sheesh  STill NOBODY wants to get together and sue these b@stards wow wow wow it sure was one hell of a human hostpapa barbecue thats all I can say sheesh
