Yesterday $DELC announced that they have completed the acquisition of Complex Biotech Discovery Ventures (a psilocybin/cannabis research lab):

- CBDV will change its name to DELIC Labs, will conduct research and develop innovative product lines and intellectual property (IP), including psilocybin vaporization technology for future distribution across the company's physical footprint

- CBDV has a history of profitability with more than 50 blue chip clients and is founded by award-winning chemist, Dr. Markus Roggen

- The acquisition of CBDV further establishes DELIC as a diversified psychedelics organization

$DELC is a licensed cannabis and psilocybin research laboratory with one of the largest ketamine clinics in the country. Up 8.5% today at $0.32, this is one to watch in the rapidly growing psychedelic sector.
