The PP price was .32 per unit... warrant at .425. The investors are currently underwater but suspect thats going to change by September.

Make note teetznazz : I didn't say it was a negative..... I made mention of it to enlighten the DEFN audience that it was interesting that it wasn't offered to us Cdn's ....meaning that......they found a US investor with some deep pockets. I didnt take your note as a negative at all. In fact, I believe this to be a good opportunity to buy below the PP price. Drilling program that expands the resource and PEA release will be the next catalysts
