Are we expecting DGTL to file the financials or file for bankruptcy? They did communicate new clients not that long ago , I emailed them expecting no response and got what i was expecting, no response:)

I checked Engagement labs on linked in. Looks like they are still working. They shared a post 6 days ago.. i guess many shareholders wantedto contact dgtl IR concerning the trading halt and now they cut the wire there? Again i guess we are lost.. but at least i think they gonna sell EL to anyone else or get merged into another co.

Ok now they get the work done. Released q1 financials (ending august 2023). 300k cash left. receivables vs payable isnt in a good balance.. whats gonna happen in the next few weeks...? More cash is needed. I guess trading halt gets lifted now.
