If they are going to roll this asset into this shell how much free paper are they going to give themselves 100,000,000?

Question for you, who would wish to partner with that if they already have a footprint in 3 separate industries? Focus on the partners here.....not SG. So therefore, how much 'paper' is gonna be out there is going to be dictated most likely by the NL side and whatever brokerage they snag to partake in this venture......SG and NL will work something out most likely on that basis. They would be foolish to throw 100m in paper out there valuing their company at .03 to .05 cents........can I assume you were tongue and cheek there? Lol
