Future catalysts some good news

A couple future cataysts stand out to me:

- partner with a Canadian University to study the therapeutic effects of cannabis
- if warranted, complete the planning and commence the construction of Phase II expansion of the Facility / Receiving a development permit to begin construction of the Phase II expansion
- Expanding the DOJA Culture Caf storefront model 

Lots to look forward to here. For now, it's a waiting game.

I pulled those directly from the Listing Statement. I didn't paraphrase. They are the ones who chose the words "if warranted" not me.
