PP closing
$15 million bought deal set to close today? Maybe we'll get some news
From the news release:
"The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for capital projects and for general corporate purposes. Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about December 28, 2017 (the "Closing Date"). The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and stock exchange approvals, including the approval of the Exchange."

Hello Dela! The trade shows in my brokerage a/c as follows: Trade date Dec 27th with a settlement date of today, December 28th. Hope this helps. as The Toke is On....

Wishing for new highs as we power through the New Year in anticipation of receiving the "Selling License" in January. Pre opening gap up bid looks good @ $2.65, with about 20 mins to go... Consolidation and upward movement? As The Toke is on...
