Who here knows the most about this company?

Reason to buy? Reasons not to buy?

Lol ... well, welcome to the DOJA board ... come on in and be snubbed on your first post by someone high on their horse.

And I'll add this ... ....many people do their due diligence and come to conclusions that are correct, and many do their due dilligence and come to conclusions that are incorrect and cost them $. There are many different indicators and ways to analyse a stock/share price, and in the current environment with legislation pending and a growing sector with many players and no doubt mergers on ...more

Buy because DOJA is the only premium retail-focused cannabis brand in Canada. Buy because BC Bud is a brand in itself. Buy because they will be expanding their growing capacity at some point in the near future. Buy because these guys know design and branding and they will dominate the value-added (eg. vape pens, edibles, infused beverages, etc.) markets. When the legal consumer market opens up ...more

Hey dela 90, thanks very much for your post. Appreciated! Those all sound like good reasons to buy in and I've also read some recently articles about DOJA. Pretty sure I will ... now I just have to decide when. I only heard about this company recently and the share price has gone up a lot in short order, so I'm now wondering whether there will be a dip (usually is) for me to buy at a bit ...more

Foxx248 we welcome your decision to invest. As a  a long term investor, I echo Dela's reason to invest comments and add one more. DOJA has strategic partners from the $12.5 million financing, Aphria and Koicha that may end up buying us which is Trent's publicaly stated exit plan. That is, being bought out in next 1 to 3 years. And the Toke is On....

Do you happen to have a link to where he states this publically?  Aphria's interest in the company is one of the reasons I decided to invest in DOJA, and I have been assuming that it may come to some sort of buyout eventually.

B, I remember reading that statement from Trent about the exit plan but I can't for the life of me remember where it was that he said that. Can you provide a link?

Foxx, I understand your reservations about buying at a high but if you plan to hold for at least 6 months to a year I think it's still a great entry point. I went all in on DOJA when it was around $1 and right after going all in the price dropped from $1.20 to .70-.80. It hurt to sit on a 30% loss for a few weeks but as you can see the price has rebounded nicely and now we're up a lot ...more

Yes, for sure, the decision when to buy is mine alone. These MJ stocks are quite volatile ... even APH dropped quite a bit last week, but has since mostly recovered. I'm aware of APH's interest in DOJA, which is how I first heard of it. Have a lot of confidence in the APH management team so ... Little aside about buy outs ... something like that isn't done until it's done ... read ...more

Agreed regarding "its not done till its done"....however DOJA already received closed the 12 mil financing led by APH ....and if anything, the 60 mil shares they intended to buy Tokyo Smoke for would be reduced since the price has tripled since the news. I'm actually kind of surprised that the definitive agreement hasn't been taken care of yet since this stocks been going out of ...more
