Was today the expected close date for the Merger with Tokyo Smoke?

It's written clearly in the news release The LOI currently contemplates the parties entering into a definitive agreement (the "Definitive Agreement") prior to January 15, 2018, and completing the Merger by no later than March 31, 2018, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

That was pretty lazy of me. I could easily have read that too. OR, I could have driven about 4km to their site and asked them directly.

Actually drive by their building on my way to the gym. It is in West Kelowna.
