Good to get these rights to distribute. But seriously Manitoba has less population than the suburb that I live in. 
And a good amount who reside there have incomes that are marginal or below the poverty line.
Just pointing this out, not bashing. There are a few provinces whereby the revenues will be marginal at best. This is one of them.

 i posted this on thc board yeaterday when everybody there was hoping for a manitoba deal..its basically like winning calgary...1.2 mil population ...... And you are absolutely right. calgary has money vs not so much  in manitoba.... But for hiku this is much different . We need to be in every province and winnipeg was a very exclusive club so securing this early on is big . And the
