acquisitions-🤔

I am just thinking about alan response about acquiring more companies under HIKU BRANDS - any ideas on who the next one could be??

After being caught by surprise when it was right in front of us the whole time ,lets brainstorm to see if we can come up with a few possibilities ...

1-kaya - HIKU has a 10% stake in the Jamaican based company .buzz just purchased kaya and lorne gertner is on the board along with big chuck ruffici as president.i know its newly acquired  but its on halt for a min with nothing set in stone. something can be worked out with chuck and kaya im sure.

2-VIDA-phiveda cbd infused based drinks-weed md has a JV with them already and this could also make sense for HIkU to get more involved with the CBD side of things and would be a great in the cold beverage section of TS

3-CHOOM-the Hawaiian cannabis lifestyle brand out of BC .Choom would be a nice addition to HIKU, keeping REC in mind and also adding another young minded, active lifestyle brand with a hip vibe to it ,complimenting others like Tokyo smoke and VDP --with Choom expecting to max profits by operating  the retail dispensary store platform similar to TS is a added bonus ...but it would be important to keep the Choom brand authentic Choom ,but under HIKU brands.

4-US based LP-i would love to see hiku scoop up a licensed producer state side-

craft cannabis -lineage grow (BUDD ) is a possibility with their hydro -sour grape--tahoe OG --but slim chance of being on the radar as they are new.

I wouldnt mind HiKU entering the Nevada market possibly a JV with Friday night lights AMA---swapping 30%++thc strains with AMA would be fabulous.we could trade some ganja labs rare seeds or a few DOJA.
--if they did have the states market and Nevada in mind one  possibility could also be acquiring BAMM-body and mind-they have some decent edibles and are looking to be acquired ( imo ) after the merger with tgif was scraped.BAMM also has a low share float which is great.
I also wouldnt mind a JV with nutritional high for FL chocolates /FL vape pens and pot O coffee for TS stores.

Thats just a few of my thoughts any other suggestions?

Why dont they build up what they already have? Why overpay for aquisitions?  Its not even legal yet.  Every time they aquire someone,  stock price drops.   You make it seem like because HIKU is aquiring more companies,  that other companies cant just build a similar business themselves and compete.  This is not a monopoly and id rather not give away shares ...more

Great points. as of this am, Global news reports that there are already over 450 applications for retail mj in Alberta alone. we aren't even legal yet, great point. let's get in business, then talk growth and acquisition. HIKU's actions are killing the value for investors right now. proof is in my current return. that's all that matters.

450 applicants in Alberta alone **THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I POSTED A NUMBER OF TIMES HOW IMPORTANT MANITOBA RETAIL LICENSE WAS AND IS, ! JUST LIKE ALBERTA ,MANITOBA WAS FIERCE COMPETITION FOR LPs.HIKU SHOWED ITS STRENGTH AND WAS ONE OF ONLY FOUR TO RECEIVE IT ...1 OUT OF 139. SECURING THAT FIRST WILL OPEN THE DOOR TO GETTING OTHERS MUCH FASTER-imo....WE WILL SEE IF I AM RIGHT SHORTLEY . HIKU's ...more

Well for one I am simply going off alans words of "more to come if it makes sense" -all the rest have made complete sense ,so not sure where lazy and uneducated comes into the picture .. Bottom  line is this sector will have more acquisitions, thats just the nature of the beast -- i personally would like to stay ahead of the curve and possibly figure out what could be next..plus it ...more

Look at the stock price... How are you honestly saying shareholders are confident.  You are so blinded by your investment.  Im looking at getting a retail license myself.  JUST LIKE 1000s of others.   Enjoy the ride down.

When the next sector wave hits it will be bigger then before-if you are not on the HIKU ship i hope you have a lifejacket or raft .
