Thanks bet - I must add this is not set in stone .from what I read it can only be  refused if another location too close to us  gets approved before # 144 ..they will start with number1 applicant and so forth....so we sit middle of the pack before it gets approved 100% . But from what I see the minimum distance to affect us would have to be inside 200M ..and I don't see any
