why is this selling so far below the conversion price? anyone?

It’s not.  Multiply Canopy’s current share price by 0.046... it’s only trading a few cents under that.  The$1.91 figure doesn’t mean squat.

no one agrees to sell an Item for a floating price unless perhaps there is an escalator clause. They're purchasing Hiku with shares in Canopy.  In order to do so, they need to determine how many shares they will issue to Hiku shareholders - the number of shares is effectively the purchase price - NOT a strict monetary value.  The way they obtained the number of shares is by taking the 20-day volume weighted average prices of Canopy and Hiku - on the basis of those averages ...more

Extalliones, thanks for your response. so as canopy share price declines the value of our .046 shares also declines. this is even worse than I originally thought.

Or if u think positive it could go up and I think it will. They are the biggest and they are well-managed I think their share price will go up. I also think it’ll be quite like tesla people will be willing to pay premium just to own shares. We could end up making good money and I’m willing to hold and wait if this is the best I can do! And if you look at the one in your chart it looks consolidated ...more
