Hiku shareholders will be getting 0.046 shares in Canopy for each share they hold in Hiku.  Our share price is tied to Canopy’s, and will always be (approximately) 0.046 times Canopy’s current share price.  At $37.00/share, if you multiply 37 by 0.046, you get 1.702, or $1.70/share.

okay but in the "deal" they said a 33% premium also mentioned another 21% premium and the share price would be $1.91 Can explain that?? thanks

Yea, I also explained this earlier in the thread.  I'll try to be more thorough here.  Basically, all they did was calculated the 21-day averages of both stocks in order to come up with a share ratio that was fair (this was where the 0.046 number came from).  So at the time the deal was made, Hiku's 21-day average was $1.5785, or $1.58.  Canopy's 21-day average was  ...more

Very well put. At this time everyone should be cheering on Canopy... that being said when will hiku no longer be on the stock exchange and we have everything transferred over to Canopy shares?
