Canopy Split

I was wondering. Are we going to benefit from the Canopy split? I figured that we should. The way I see it is that if your shares suddenly is valued $20 or $25 after the split rather than $40 or $50 that would not be fair if you dont benefit from the "free" shares.

Have 2400 shares @ 4.21. If hiku split is for 1.90, should I be selling at current price 2.21 to minimize losses?? Won't break even until canopy hits $80, so figured it might be better to sell a loss with hiku before the split where I might be at a bigger loss
